“Green
The city of Toronto has an amazing free skate rental program; they have a truck full of ice skates that travels to different city rinks during skating season to provide free skates to Toronto humans. Amazing!

The program is called Skate Lending Library and it's in partnership with Desjardins. You can spot the skaters wearing the free ice skates by the green shoelaces. I think the green shoelaces are intentional to match Desjardins' colours.

That's my human friend, Leanne, in the picture, skating with her free skates. She tried to get me to skate too, but the Skate Lending Library didn't have skates for Beavers; they cater only to humans. Damn it!
