in 1851, a man named David Gibson built a house in North York. That house has been restored to what is believed it would have looked like when David and his family lived in it. Today, it's a museum that human people can tour for free.
This picture is in the house's parlour room. The parlour was the social space for leisure and entertainment, much like a family room or living room today.
The Gibson House is a lovely house!
